Bigfoot!
Three bigfoot hunters. Dr. Abigail Franklin, a skeptical academic who won’t rest until she finds irrefutable scientific evidence… Jake Beckett, a sensationalist podcaster who’s just in it for the clicks… and Leaf Gosling. He’s just happy to be here.
These three lonely oddballs are trapped together in a remote British Columbia Park Ranger station for six weeks, all searching for one thing… Bigfoot. But, each of them in turn is searching for more. Acceptance? Fame? Adventure? Love?
Over one strange, glorious summer, friendships are tested, romances blossom, and hoaxes are revealed… and in the end, it turns out that life is truly more about the searching than the finding.

Press
“…a well-crafted script. …Full of action, fun, and moving, with often unexpected detours, the audience loves this play. The hunters’ inner growth and their developing interactions never falter; the dialogue is realistic throughout. Little tricks abound, and magical mystery offers some timely insights into our humanity. Magic and myth, science and entertainment all have their place. And footprints do as well!”
Patricia Black, Entertain This Thought
“One of the playwright’s strengths is the ability to put characters in crazy situations yet keep their reactions and emotions very real, so we care about them and empathize… at once gloriously funny and very touching.”
Murray Furrow, Director of the World Premiere production of ‘Bigfoot!’
